Thoroughly enjoyed its affable and polite staff.
They gave me double room with amazing bathroom and a heater. The location was amazing and incredible, relatively close to Rossio Square. The hotel was in a very comfortable area, close to Santa Justa Lift, restaurants, hop on hop off bus, main squares, and metro and the old center of Lisbon, in a quiet side street of the shopping area.

Charming old and fancy hotel with a super central location right next to the shops. Based not far from Chiado, a quite posh, hip and trending neighbourhood in Lisboa as well as the old center of Lisbon, in a quiet side street of the shopping area.

I recently stayed at Lost Lisbon for a week and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located and just a short walk from Baixa-Chiado station, making it easy to get around the city. The staff, including Veronica and Nunu, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The hotel has a mix of traditional and modern decor that is absolutely stunning. The common kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with fruits and hot drinks, perfect for making your own breakfast or even cooking a delicious dinner. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and despite being along the street, noise was never a problem. I can't wait to return to Lost Lisbon and highly recommend it to others.
Strongly recommend this hotel.

The location of this guest house is perfect! It's just a 5-minute walk from the metro, which was fast and easy to get to from the airport. There are also plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions nearby. We were able to walk everywhere, including to the Timeout food market, The pink street, tram 28 stop, and Santa Justa lift. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. Our double room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the newly renovated shower was a huge plus.
